Shipping, delivery & returns

Shipping is quoted by destination zone: a base rate for the first item, a smaller rate for each additional item in the same parcel, and free shipping once your order value reaches the zone threshold. The exact amount is calculated and shown in your bag before you pay, and re-calculated on our server at checkout so the charged total always matches the destination you entered.

Sales tax (GST/HST, VAT or local equivalent) is added at checkout by our payment provider based on your delivery address, and is shown before you confirm payment.

We currently ship to 76 destinations. If your country is not listed, email foluwa.rewane@irondefencesecurity.ca and we will quote a route manually. We do not ship to PO boxes for insulated bottles or ReadyKits, and we cannot ship to freight-forwarding addresses.

Global Edition items are printed and assembled on demand, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Production takes 2–5 business days after your payment is confirmed; the delivery estimates above start from dispatch, not from the order date.

Orders containing several items may be split across parcels arriving on different days — you are only charged shipping once. ReadyKits ship from Canada; apparel and accessories ship from the print partner closest to your destination, which is why transit times vary by zone.

Every order has a status page under My orders & tracking: payment confirmed → in production → dispatched (with carrier and tracking number) → delivered. Tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours to become active on the carrier's site.

Orders to the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world may attract import duties or handling fees on arrival. These are set by your country's customs authority, are not included in the CAD total you pay us, and are the recipient's responsibility.

Customs inspections can add time beyond the estimates above. A parcel is only treated as lost once it is 15 business days past the end of its delivery estimate; at that point we reship or refund at your choice.

30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a Global Edition item, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with tags attached where supplied.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item. Email a photo of the item and the packing slip within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping. You do not need to send a faulty item back unless we ask.

Change of mind. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Once your return is received and checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method.

Sizing exchanges. One free size exchange per apparel order within Canada and the United States; elsewhere we send the replacement at our cost and you cover return postage.

Not returnable: co-branded organisation orders and other custom-printed runs (unless faulty), and opened consumable ReadyKit components such as the whistle lanyard seal, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

To request a refund you can contact us directly at foluwa.rewane@irondefencesecurity.ca or go through Paddle at paddle.net with your order email and receipt. Approved refunds are returned in CAD to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Course enrolments, memberships and workshop seats are digital products with their own terms — see refund status for those. This page covers physical merch only.
