Level 1 is an online, on-demand awareness program anyone can start today. Levels 2 and 3 build on it in person, where performance under pressure can actually be practised and observed.
Level 1 — Awareness

Level 2 — Practical
In person · 3–4 hour workshop

Applies Level 1 concepts through guided, non-combative practice: boundary setting, commanding voice, distance, positioning, barriers and disengagement.
Level 3 — Scenario
In person · Advanced program
$249–$399 per participant
Realistic scenario-based decision making under controlled stress, judged on judgement and disengagement rather than physical ability.
Organizations
Live virtual or on site · 2–4 hours
Quoted per engagement
Condensed training customized to an organization's environments — lone work, shift travel, client meetings, site access and internal assistance resources.
Pricing shown is indicative per-participant pricing for open enrolment. Group, community and institutional rates are quoted separately.
Licensing
An organization can purchase Level 1 licences for its whole population — for example 100 seats — and then book an on-site Level 2 practical workshop for the groups that need hands-on application. Digital access scales; instructor time stays focused.
