Built for the work
nobody notices.

Iron Defence Security Corporation exists to protect people, assets, and reputations with discipline rather than display. This is who we are, where we come from, and what we stand on.

Mission

Protection that holds under pressure — and stays invisible until it must not.

Our mission is to give principals, boards, and organizations a security posture they never have to think about: assessed before it is deployed, lawful in every jurisdiction it touches, and commanded by people who treat discretion as a professional obligation.

We measure success by absence — the incident that never occurred, the disruption that never formed, the exposure that was closed before it was found.

Values

Four values, held without exception.

P-01

Intelligence before posture

No deployment begins until the exposure is understood. Assessment, pattern, and intent are mapped first — the visible posture is the last layer, not the first.

P-02

Lawful and proportionate

Every action sits inside the law of the jurisdiction it occurs in. Force is a last instrument, never a posture; discretion is the default setting.

P-03

Accountability in writing

Mandates, rules of engagement, and reporting lines are agreed in writing before work begins. Clients always know who is responsible for what.

P-04

Zero theatre

No performative displays, no inflated claims. The measure of the work is that nothing happens — and that the principal's life continues uninterrupted.

How we operate

Every mandate runs the same disciplined sequence.

The sequence does not change with the size of the engagement — only its depth. A single executive movement and a multi-jurisdiction programme pass through the same five stages.

O-01

Confidential intake

Every engagement begins with a private brief. Requirements, exposures, and constraints are heard directly — never filtered through a sales layer.

O-02

Threat and exposure assessment

Before any posture is proposed, the actual risk picture is mapped: pattern, intent, environment, and the cost of being wrong.

O-03

Mandate agreed in writing

Scope, rules of engagement, reporting lines, and accountability are set down in a written mandate. Nothing deploys on a handshake.

O-04

Planned deployment and command

Vetted operators deploy under direct senior command, with advance work completed and contingencies rehearsed before the principal moves.

O-05

Reporting, review, and closure

Engagements close with structured reporting and a review of what held and what should change. The mandate ends when the exposure does.

Mandates are accepted selectively. The corporation takes on only the work it can command directly.

History

A corporation built deliberately, not assembled quickly.

Origin

Founded on a gap in the market

Iron Defence Security Corporation was founded in Canada by Foluwa T. Rewane after observing the same failure repeated across the industry: security delivered as theatre — visible, generic, and disconnected from the actual threat picture. The corporation was built to deliver the opposite: quiet, intelligence-informed protection shaped to each principal.

Method

An intelligence-informed doctrine

From the outset, the corporation organized its work around assessment rather than manpower. Protective intelligence, advance planning, and structured command became the core of every engagement — whether a single executive movement or a multi-jurisdiction programme.

Today

Canada-based, internationally capable

Iron Defence operates from Canada and supports clients across borders through vetted local partnerships. The corporation remains deliberately small and selective: a limited number of mandates, each commanded directly by senior operators.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

The founder remains directly involved in mandate scoping and operator selection. Every engagement the corporation accepts carries his standard: disciplined, intelligence-informed, and accountable in writing.

Credentials

Verified privately, never advertised.

Stated training lineage

Iron Defence officers carry training lineage spanning Shinbit, Mossad, CIA, MI6, and CSIS programs — the corporation's stated foundation for its protective tradecraft. Detailed training and service records are reviewed privately with clients under a written mandate.

Licensing and compliance

All work is performed within the licensing and regulatory framework of the jurisdiction in which it occurs. Documentation is made available to clients during engagement scoping.
